Paranormal 101: Cheap Equipment – Homemade Electrostatic Sensor (E-Pod Static Sensor)

Our Friend Chuck over at Paranormal Rehab has this great video on how to make a cheap Electrostatic Sensor! [youtube=http://youtu.be/5Odg25zwMJw]

Homemade equipment like this is key if you can’t or don’t want to spend a ton of cash on gear that works.   Bottom line in paranormal Investigation is does the gear work, not the price of it. It’s not about the toys, but the use. That being said, Radioshack no longer sells the MPF102 Field Effect Transistor (FET) (Radio Shack #276-2062), so use ebay or another online seller – they sell in $2.00 range.

Paranormal 101: Debunking a Laser Pointer Caught on Night Vision Video

This isn’t the greatest video in the world & may seem like common sense to many but a TON of groups out there would tell us how good a catch this is (if we only showed a still picture of it), but it proves a point, if your not going to invest the time to figure out or find out what you “think” you saw, then you shouldn’t be investigating the paranormal…. sure its fun at times, but its also work.  Know your equipment what does and how it behaves in video or pictures!

The Corpse Family

One of the things you learn really quick investigating paranormal claims, is that the views on what is paranormal is not the same for everyone – for example some cultures just have different beliefs and ways of doing things.  Case in point this video of the Corpse Family below fits our definition of paranormal (above the normal), but is normal to them.
